SKLZ Catapult Soft Toss Baseball Pitching Machine

The Catapult Soft Toss Pitching Machine allows you to work on both the offensive and defensive aspects of your game. You can use regulation baseballs for soft toss or to practice footwork and glove-hand ball transfer. Alternatively, you can use 9" plastic balls for pop fly practice. The unit is adjustable for height and distance, and it serves balls every 8 seconds.

To use the machine, follow these steps:

1. Add baseballs to the machine: Prior to starting the machine, add up to 8 balls to the Spiral Ball Funnel.

2. Adjust the ball flight angle: Before adjusting the ball flight angle, turn the Catapult off. Loosen the trajectory lever knob at the front of the machine. Adjust the leg up or down to adjust the ball flight angle. Tighten the trajectory lever knob. Stabilize the Catapult by adjusting the rear stability bar. Unscrew the knobs on both sides of the bar and adjust the height so that the bar rests on the ground. Secure it into place by tightening each knob.

3. Adjust the ball throwing distance: Using the adjustable distance knob, tighten it to increase the ball throwing distance, and loosen it slowly to decrease the ball throwing distance.

4. Power up the machine: The Catapult runs on 4 D Batteries (not included) or with the provided AC Adapter. If using the AC Adapter, connect it to the side of the Catapult Base below the power switch. If using batteries, flip the Catapult over, press down on the black tab, and slide the battery cover off. Install the batteries as shown. Turn the product ON to power it up and OFF to power it down. Ensure that all persons and pets are clear of the Catapult and the path of the ball before powering it on.
